How a jar finds its way to you

Every order is packed and shipped by the partner store you buy from. Here is what that means in practice.

1. You choosePick a jar, tub or bottle here and follow the buy button.
2. They shipThe partner store confirms delivery options, cost and timing at checkout.
3. It arrivesJars travel sealed under a peel-off label and liner, so nothing evaporates on the way.
4. You open itPeel, lift the liner, close the vented cap. That's the whole setup.

When the box arrives

• A slight scent through the carton is normal — the gels are aromatic even while sealed.
• Gallon tubs are heavy; packaging may vary between production runs.
• If anything is leaking or crushed, photograph it and report it on the partner store's order page.
